Delivery and Postage

Ocean Lighting will normally deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days.

All orders placed before 2pm on items in stock will be delivered next working day by courier services; Fastway Couriers or Business Post.

Postage Rates to UK Mainland:

Your order will be delivered using the following rates:

Postage for orders over £99.00 = Free

Postage for orders under £99.00 = £7.99 per order

Postage Rates to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands:

Postage Rates to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands may incur a p&p surcharge. The cost is determined by size of order and weight. We will notify you of any p&p surcharge upon receipt of your order. If after the surcharge you no longer wish to go ahead with the order no money will be debited from your account. If you wish to know the p&p cost before placing the order you can email the sales team on sales@oceanlighting.co.uk or telephone 01642 430320.

We will email you when your order has been dispatched and provide an expected delivery date and name of the courier that will be used.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please check your item before signing. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as 'Unchecked'. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter.
