This was my first order from Ocean Lighting and I found their customer service to be outstanding. Firstly they helped me select a suitable product, then when their supplier delivered a different spec from what I had ordered, they bent over backwards to ensure I was satisfied. A full refund was immediately offered without quibble but in the end they managed to get their supplier to change the items to the original spec. I got exactly what I wanted and they kept me informed regularly throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ocean Lighting"

Just to say that the bubble lamp arrived today and I am absolutely delighted with it. I am using it as a table lampshade as I bought an Italian design from John Lewis 10 years ago and finally managed to swipe it of a small hallway table with the Hoover and onto the floor. Needless to say the glass broke into 1000 pieces (together with my sanity ;-). Hence I am really thrilled that I found a suitable replacement which I think looks even better than the original..
I shall recommend your site to everyone I know is looking for lighting.
